I love curating the content I see online SO MUCH I'm fucking addicted. I stock up on ad blocks/pop up blocks. I can whitelist/blacklist whole websites. I block people, posts, whole topics and tags. I click "not interested" SO OFTEN, even for shit that annoys me just a little bit. Every stupid algorithm that comes out has me out here using every chrome extension, blocking function and dislike button like a shovel and beating it into submission.
You know, sometimes unfollowing popular meme blogs will be the best decision of self care you could do in that month.
Because so much of those are targeted at self depreciation and so many are just plain awkward, it's beyond anyone's normal / natural / healthy amount of either of those things
