the girl tribute precedes the boy from each district.
My father, with a large black coffee: “… it’s gonna burn me”
Me: “Then wait!”
Him, laughing: “but I want it!”

i don't know who needs to hear this right now, but not everything has to be useful or productive or calculated. put a story you'll never finish on the internet. start reading the book you'll ditch within 5 pages. have another go at the habit you think will never last. pick up the language you've already given up on 5 times. by avoiding something you think you won't finish, you're eliminating the possibility entirely. and in the end, does it really matter if it doesn't have any end result? isn't it better to try and fail 100 times rather leave 100 chances hanging? this is that sign to just give something a go :)
ADHD is Consistently Inconsistent
What is one small thing you could change to increase your consistency?

As it turned out, I had too many things to do as part of my morning routine, and that was getting me out the door late. So I simplified.
What to wear? Easy: I had three bottoms and seven tops that all went together. So I hung the tops in my closet with the jewelry I liked to wear in a baggy on the hanger, and I hung the bottoms with my stockings or pantyhose in a baggy on the hanger. All I had to do in the morning was pull out the next top and bottom and put them on.
Chores around the house? I moved them—things like getting a load of laundry in the wash before I left—to right after I got home.
Breakfast and lunch? I started keeping some breakfast things at the office, and I would try to pack my lunch the night before.
Each of these adjustments cut some time out of my morning routine.

illuminati & goatman’s bridge :)
Did I win at bowling 🎳… not even close, but I did convince the bartender to make White Russians because I asked so nicely so that was a win 💁🏼♀️
I actually got a strike today, followed by gutter balls on my next turn 🤷🏼♀️ so I mean there is absolutely zero Consistency with my bowling abilities.
For the consistently inconsistent.
