dammit...it’s after one and I was trying to be in bed before midnight.
got in a 5k after work that wasn’t pretty but it wasn’t too bad.
the marathon is almost here but it feels like an afterthought...
So I think I was able to adapt the marathon training plan to fit my tremendous gap in training...
So guess which idiot is officially qualified for the Conqur LA Challenge?

Signed up for the LA marathon and with about 3 weeks till the start line I have MAYBE 50 miles of training under my belt.
