Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup buttermilk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 large egg. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 cup powdered sugar for glaze. 1-2 tbsp milk for glaze.
Instructions: Preheat your mini donut maker according to manufacturer's instructions. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, rainbow sprinkles, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
