I hate those few frames of the last shot at the start. Besides that, the clip is rather boring. The clerk is still entertaining with his reaction but not enough to counteract those stupid frames at the start.

PLAW-tinum. His inflection is so alien, which is obviously the point, and I love it. That with the way he just approaches the clerk. I would love to see the conehead homeworld and how their society normally looks. Like with all "one alien in a human world" stories, I like to imagine most of the aliens aren't like that, this guy's just weird.

I adore how absolutely serious he looks while doing something so patently ridiculous. Speeding it up only makes it better. What is that stance? The clerk's expression is still priceless, especially with how he tracks the movement of the strange individual who has appeared in what seem to be the middle of the night during a rainstorm.

Another clip where the format of this blog really play against it. It feels like we have spent so long spent in this room already even if it has been about twenty seconds total. The expressions and movements of the conehead in contrast to the awkward but human ones of the clerk are comical enough for two stars. Sadly, there is nothing else to bring it any higher. Overall, very beige in more ways than one.

I love the shaky way the clerk stands and his absolutely astounded expression, but the weird camera movement and SINGULAR FRAME of the next shot at the end really devalue the whole thing.
