If you worry, dont pray

The path of truth is a condition that cannot be lacking in life in the grace of God, in a philosophical sense the truth is a concordance between the objects and what we perceive of them, in a practical sense the truth is precision and accuracy. The spiritual gifts are “way, truth and life” (John 14:6), the spiritual gifts are way because the gifts are progressive, tend to improvement, the gifts are truth because they are precision and accuracy, and when the truth is not enough the gifts are life, as in the case of the white lies. Practising the truth as explained by Jesus is to make light where is darkness, and to find the path to spiritual enlightenment (Gnosis): “Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done in the sight of God.” John 3:20-21. When we take an action, there is an opposition, either we practice the truth or we practice error. Salomon practices the truth in the trial of the two prostitutes (1 Kings 3:16-28). Jesus practices the truth when the Pharisees ask him if he had to pay tribute to Caesar, with which Jesus answers: "So give back to Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's" Matthew 22:21. The truth as such is beyond all prudence (practical reason) and justice, because the perception of the truth with the mind is a spiritual gift, we can affirm that the perception of the truth with the mind is directly related to spiritual awakening: “No one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again”, John 3:3. God wants us to find the truth, but if we live thinking that each person has their own truth, we will never conclude anything in our lives.

Chitta has two causes, Vasanas and (Prana) Vayu. If one of them is controlled, then both are controlled.
