Recently, we have received reports about computer viruses and trojans manifesting into the physical world. These reports also contain that these viruses and trojans are violent, manipulative, and to be avoided. They can take many forms but most often take a humanoid one, however are very easy to distinguish from humans. We acknowledge these reports and inform the public to be cautious about their computers. If your operating system has had ANY virus or trojan at ANY POINT, it is liable to create a manifestation. Your local police station has received government funding and will give you a new copy of your operating system FOR FREE. Please go to your local police station and trade in your device. Please note the police will not upgrade your device, only give you the same system brand new. - CIA, CISA, DHS, DOD, and others. Additional word from the president is as follows...

Sure, "You are an idiot" is funny. Some other viruses are pretty funny. But also: why can't y'all just use it to make a real-life creepypasta. Put in some screamers that play at random points on the computer, have the virus communicate with the possessee in creepy ways, etc.
