Still Life: Melon in the Mountains (2025)
A continuation of my recent still life exploration.
Here, the object has shifted, seeking elevation. Isolation. The environment reflects its intent: quiet, cold, unreachable.
But the melon climbed. It didn’t ask. It just knew where it was going.
The composition focuses on scale and emptiness. A meditation on presence without permanence.
