So, back in Season 3, I had finally reached Masters after some poor luck in S2. Made it to 3687 and so far, that’s been my best. Season 4 came along and wow. Let’s say a lot had happened during that time. Lots of personal stuff. Because of that, I lost so much motivation to play comp and my ability to play at my best, I gave up and decayed to 3000.
Season 5 came along and I wanted to get my comp spirit back. Thanks to the decay, I started at high platinum and had to work my way back up. It took a bit. Lots of throwers and some bad team coordination. Flash forward to yesterday. I’M BACK, BABY! Literally freaked out once we reached the needed tick on Horizon.
It’s been quite the experience. Thank you @ikazon for being such an awesome comp buddy~! My current goal now is to pass my Career High before the end of the season.
I guess it’s good that they put in stricter penalties for early leavers in COMP. But how’s the game going to know who’s a legitimate leaver and one who was kicked from the game because of their awful servers?Â
