It's been a while since I last took pictures of the pony skull so it was time for a comparative anatomy shoot with the juvie zebra. The zebra is just a little bit smaller despite being way younger, but that may be because the pony is probably a shetland
Lesser Mouse-deer, the smallest hoofed mammal, compared to a moose (not the biggest hoofed mammal, but I don't have a giraffe skull)
Guinea pig - mouse deer - brown rat
It's so weird to have the skull of a hoofed mammal the size of a big rabbit
Raccoon versus Tanuki, aka raccoon dog or finnracoon. I often see tanuki skulls or pelts for sale as raccoon, which is very annoying and misleading if you don't know the differences between them

Brown rat compared to a gambian pouched rat! The pouched rats have such a long head, they're the limousines of the rodent family!
ooo could you put your smallest skull next to the moose for reference
My smallest skull is a Greater White-toothed Shrew! It's 2 cm / about an inch long
Spot the shrew!
There he is!
Bonus:
Itty bitty teeth
Siberian roe deer (Capreolus pygargus, middle) compared to the much smaller European roe deer (Capreolus capreolus, top and bottom). All are adult specimens, the Siberian is coated in a layer of paint done by previous owner
