^^^This is the drawing guide I made when I first designed the guys for the comicβ¦ Iβd asked @boots-with-the-fur-club what her headcanons for the bois were and tried to incorporate as much as I could into them while keeping the designs simplistic and easy for me to draw! Hence why I stuck with a limited palette for the comicβ¦ It was partly for artistic creativity, but also just to help lighten the load coloring-and-drawing-wise for me.
I use a darker, less-saturated version of the palette for the scary things in the comic to help distinguish and differentiate them from the four turtles!
