Matthew died while protecting his teammates, doing what he loved, on the field of battle. My IFAK contents; Bleeding: -IBD (Israeli Battle Dressing) -C.A.T. (Combat application tourniquet) -Dermabond (miscellaneous) Airway: -OPA (Oropharyngeal Airway) -NPA (Nasopharyngeal Airway), preferred, needs replacement Breathing: -Chest Seal @northamericanrescue (may use plastic packaging and tape) -14g needles (needle chest decompression) -one way mask (for mouth to mouth resuscitation) Shock: -emergency blanket Miscellaneous: -Trauma Shears (I use Raptor by @leathermantools - @sharpie for marking WARNING: Carrying all these will be useless if you are untrained.
