Detail from a sketch commission, the client wanted a fantasy version of the old London Bridge.

This picture is a parody of the Brothers Grimm children's fairytale Hansel and Gretel, but instead of the main characters, we have Terry Pratchett's gingerbread witch Black Aliss and Tiffany with her little brother, Wentworth.

I struggle to create these days. This is a little experiment from a week or so ago. I enjoyed drawing with pencil. Plus experimented with a bit of coloured pencil, marker and 18k gold.

Final image of River, who was such a joy to draw - so many shades of red in her coat and I can't get over that gorgeous snoot! (One of the next things I need to work on is taking better photos of my work....)
