A nice up date from Nicola who is taking part in Westpark's biggest transformation programme...... Its week 4 and going good so far,13 lbs and 6 inches gone forever!!! Have had a few struggles the last couple off weeks but with the support off the trainers I am getting over them. Fitness levels are increasing that I even managed do a little jog on Sunday ( I have never jogged in my life) Food wise its all about the planning but enjoying trying different things Feeling very positive about the next 8 weeks and for my future #colourdash #westparkfitness #transformation (at Westpark Fitness)
