Vegan Irish Colcannon (Cabbage & Mashed Potatoes)
Colcannon is fun, but frying them into cakes are the bomb.
I don’t think tryptophan is associated with corned beef but we’ve all eaten so much we’re dropping like flies.

Colcannon
Potato count 19/67 From Dublin, Ireland Submitted by @louezem
No story to add really, just a very old traditional Irish receipe. Very popular on Saint Patrick's Day ☘️💚
This is a very simple mash potato dish, traditionally eaten on Saint Patrick’s Day, with boiled or baked fillet of ham.
Here is some I made earlier, just for this challenge!
Ingredients:
🥔Rooster (Russet?) or any floury potato variety, peeled and chopped roughly.
🥬 Dark green cabbage, (or any dark leafy green of your choice, some like to use kale).
🧈🧂🥛 Butter, salt, and milk.
