omg this is such a fun idea!

mel is younger by just a few minutes.

mel is a horse girl (horseshoe earrings obvs). becca is a dolphin girl and still loves going to the aquarium.

both mel and becca are fundamentally cat people but they put up with frank's dog because they love frank.

speaking of frank - becca thinks the name frank is objectively hilarious and teases him about it incessantly.

mel and becca buy a cake from the grocery store for their birthday every year because growing up, their mom couldn't bake very well and a grocery store cake was all they could afford. they are both yellow cake girls.

mel and becca always spend their actual birthday by themselves (either the whole day if mel is off or after work if she's scheduled). this stays the same even when frank comes into their lives - he always celebrates with them the following day, but they have solo sister time on the fourth.

mel actually has four birthday celebrations now - one just with becca, one just with frank, one with becca and frank, and one with frank, becca, tanner and penny.

wrote this in my fic today, but mel was very specific about birthday wishes as a child, making a list of potential wishes every year and carefully selecting the one that was most likely to come true. becca was always more spontaneous with her wishes, and always went with her heart over her head.

mel is a purple girlie. becca is a pink girlie, of course.

orange slices and grapes!

16. if you go to therapy, do you like your therapist?

i do go to therapy and i adore my therapist - she's probably the best one i've had.

17. what’s one thing you want to buy, but don’t have the money or resources to get?

a one bedroom apartment in nyc. also, the orange fye reputation vinyl.

okay this is hard BUT the song that makes me feel *good* is so easy (to fall in love). But that I put on to feel better? Nissan Altima by doechii

28. What are you proudest of?

there's a lot including my marriage + college degrees. but i think lately it was moving across the country, without my wife (for like 3 months) and rebuilding a whole new community + life out here.

30. What do your hobbies look like?

reading, writing! im trying to get back into tactile hobbies too, so making tote bags + such for friends!
