I used to separate every single ‘daun’ found in my food and left those at the corner of my plate. I started to eat some of those vege once I turned 30. (health conscious kononnya)
Coffee smells nice but taste bitter. So, it’s weird when I started craving for it. My second ice americano was in Jeju. Definitely bitter, however I drank the whole big glass. Even that night I was having trouble to sleep, racing heartbeats, growling stomach, I was then craving for another cup of coffee after few days. It’s either Jeju’s air or my taste buds changed.
After Jeju trip, I somehow can drink coffee at times, walaupun still sakit perut every single time.
Foot notes : Taste buds regenerate every couple of weeks ; but our ever-changing mind and personal experiences have more to do with why we might start to like or dislike a new food.
