I get emotional thinking about this community #BayAreaGoogleUdacity Scholars have built together! So immensely proud of us rallying and growing together in #webdev. So many of us are moving onto the full #nanodegree together--the fam is sticking together!!! πππππππ Life happens, and not everyone in our group was able to finish before the deadline to be considered for moving fwd, but our community is a strong one that's there for each other regardless! π I'm most grateful that @udacity + @google have created #GrowWithGoogle to bring such amazing people into my life. Beyond this program, #GoogleUdacityScholars is forever part of my life, and I'm so grateful! π¦ It's fun having a #codingfamily! . . . Looking at the syllabus, it's exciting thinking about the interactive, dynamic front end projects we'll get to build together for the next 6 months! . . . So the last 3 months got us from HTML --> jQuery. The next 6 months will be building on the previous experience and adding on ES6, APIs, and React! So at the end of this, it will be 9 months, meaning we'll have a baby we birthed together--in the form of front end web dev! πππβοΈ . . . Since we did 3 months and we have 6 to go... π΅πΆ WOAHHHHH WE'RE 1/3 THERE. WOAAAAH CODING FROM THIN AIR!! π΅πΆπππ€£π©βπ»π . . . P.S. Shout-out to @ch0ubella + @linkedin for hosting our Graduation Celebration at #LinkedinSF! . Fellow Scholar Ian made a vid of our group talking about our experiences at the Graduation event, and I can't stop cracking up watching it (bottom-right image). πππ (at San Francisco, California)
