Enjoy the rich chocolate flavor of these cocoa coconut macaroons that are vegan. They're simple to make and a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth without using any animal products.
Ingredients: 3 cups shredded coconut. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 325F 160C. Shred the coconut and mix it with the cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Mix well until everything is well mixed. Scoop out the dough with a tablespoon and form it into small balls on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. After the oven is hot, bake the macaroons for 15 to 18 minutes, or until they are set and slightly golden. Get it out of the oven and let it cool down completely before you serve. Ingredients: 50g desiccated coconut. 3 tbsp sweetener. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 egg white.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 160C fan. In a bowl, mix together the desiccated coconut, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Whisk the egg white until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the egg white into the coconut mixture. Using a spoon, form small mounds of the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the macaroons are golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.

Instructions: Warm the oven up to 325F 165C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Shred the coconut and mix it with the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix well until everything is well mixed. Beat the egg whites and salt together in a different bowl until stiff peaks form. Slowly add the egg whites that have been beaten to the coconut mixture until it is all well mixed together. With a spoon or cookie scoop, drop heaping tablespoonfuls of the dough onto the baking sheet that has been prepared. Leave some space between each cookie. After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown. After taking the macaroons out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. When the macaroons are completely cool, you can dip the bottoms of them in melted chocolate if you want to. Then, put them on parchment paper to set. Enjoy your tasty coconut macaroons that you made yourself!
