Ngl, I'm pretty nervous for this considering Coco (2017) was so damn good and functioned as a standalone. Hoping for the best, at least, but I really love this movie and would be devastated if it ended up being another victim to the soulless cash-grab sequel.

the coco sequel's plot synopsis sounds incredibly boring, is going to give us 'more time' with ernesto (what the fuck) & miguel 'as a team'... like wow I was already sceptical of this film as a cash grab but this 'synopsis' has made me quite cynical.
