Sorcerer’s Violet
This plant has been renowned for its usefulness in many magical charms, especially love potions, for centuries. Known as Cockle Shells, Fairy Paintbrush, and most commonly Periwinkle, this flower, like most magical plants, must be harvested under certain dispositions and phases of the moon.
It’s believed that couples who eat the leaves of this flower will have everlasting love between them. One grimoire relates that a powder of ground periwinkle, earth worms, and house leeks placed into a quarrelling couple’s meal will mitigate the relationship.

Where to start when designing a bathroom? Simple, by using natural materials found on the beach. A pink tinged cockle shell inspired this look with a calm pick foreground against the light blue watery mosaic tiles injected with mini silver highlights. Mimicking the reflectance of the sea, this finish is used on the walk-in shower, bespoke deep tiled Romanesque bath tub and the various cubby holes located in the space. In contrast darker wood tones are used for the vanity units to create an elegant, natural finish, which together with the foreground five a warm inviting hue.
