Lately, I've been blue. It's everywhere this season and I am loving spring's sea-inspired hues. Opt for electric shades or color yourself in cobalt because these lacquers look lovely with just about everything.  My day-to-day uniform consists of neutrals, neutrals and more neutrals, so I am always in search of bold colors that don't look hokey with an all-black-everything outfit. Think orange polish with a black wardrobe – Halloween much? Blue, on the other hand –especially ones like OPI's Ogre The Top Blue and Essie's Coat Azure and Lapis of Luxury-- is a perfect polish hue to give your look a bold pop without any strange holiday reference.  I got an amazing Coat Azure manicure is NYC last week and everyone I saw loved this crisp and cool shade.
