Jama Coaque Phase figure of an emaciated male, Manabi Region, Ecuador, Regional Developmental Period, with sunken cheeks and coca in the cheeks. The ribs are exposed, and the chest sunken. He is wearing a helmet style headdress with topknot. It is gold post-fired paint on lower body and on the headdress.
