Above my imagination 💫 I got 6th place in an amazing line up. I had absolutely NONE expectations when I went down here, and there's been times I've doubted why I even go. It's been a brutal diet, and my body has not responded like it use to or as I'd hoped, so it has been a quite stressful journey in so many ways. My shape was not where I wanted it to be, but I decided to trust my plan and trust the process and my shape became better on the last night! 🥵 Then I go on stage, against some of the best athletes in Men's Physique, including several pro card holders and the #1 ranked athlete @faas7 and I manage to get to the finals, and get a 6th place!!! I am beyond happy! Of course there are several things to point out, shape, prep, things to do differently and so on, but still, at this point I'm super happy with my placing. Allthough I haven't seen a single video of my performance or anything, I feel good with my stage performance, and already know what I could"ve done better and differently, and I might see more later as well. A huuuuge thanks to my buddy @josephpeter_official who was backstage with me the whole time helping me out, and really made the experience even bettwr. You were just as amazing to have backstage as on stage! 𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕁𝕠𝕦𝕣𝕟𝕖𝕪 - Those who followed me for a while know how long this journey has been to me. Those close to me know what struggles and all the obstacles I met along the road. - My diet only lasted 5 weeks before this competition, but wow I put in the effort to get there! - I started my prep in February for competitions this spring. One by one was postponed, cancelled and all my plans got shattered. So restarting a new diet this time in these uncertain times were hard. - Along the way there's been alot of obstacles. And lots of negative people trying to pull me down and talkinh sh*t. As the stubborn person I am, this motivated me even more. I had more to prove. I had more to fight for. It fueled me to go even harder and prove them wrong. - This was a lonely journey. Coaching myself and foing this all on my own, without no one in my corner, no training partner, no one to control me. Being able to do everything the way you feel right feels amazing and I love testing new ways and different diets to achieve the results desired. - Yet, there are 2 people who really deserves a shoutout. ☆ @palex85 - My bestfriend who is allways there for me, whenever, no matter what. A good hearted and extremely knowledged guy who allways wants the best for me. When others say no, and try putting restrains on me, he's the one smiling and saying "Go for it" "Do it". Even if I'm alone, I'm never really alone because of you. Thank you for everything 👏🏼 Love you buddy ❤ ☆ @sauski - We often talks about different ways of doing things and sharing knowledge and experiences. Just like me, she's a coach, coaching others and prepping herself. And what a mindset and dedication she has ❤ When I started doubting myself during the hardest times, her advices helped me out. "Rest in shape" did not feel right at the time, and my mind wanted me to work harder. You convinced me otherwise. You may not feel you did alot - But it means alot! Just checkin' before leavin' 2 more days and it's off to Malta and @ifbbdiamondcup 🔥 I'm not gonna lie - The body is really heavy these days and the energy is dropping slightly.
