Labyrinthe
Le mot labyrinthe vient du grec labyrinthos et décrit toute structure en dédale avec un seul chemin, ce qui le différencie d'un véritable labyrinthe qui peut avoir plusieurs chemins reliés de manière complexe. Étymologiquement, le mot est lié au minoen labrys ou "double hache", symbole de la déesse mère minoenne de Crète, bien que le mot actuel soit d'origine lydienne et soit probablement arrivé en Crète depuis l'Anatolie (Asie mineure) par le biais du commerce.
