Diona Reasonover, who is currently playing Kasie Hines on CBS’ long running NCIS, played hair stylist Charmaine Eskowitz on the delightful TBS sitcom about a barbershop called Clipped. Unlike the friendly Kasie, Charmaine was quick with the cutting insult. The fun sitcom, which also starred Highschool Musical vet Ashley Tisdale, indie darling Lauren Lapkus and Cheers alum George Wendt, only got one season of 10 episodes.
