a defense game about clicking your annoying little brother before he destroys your stuff
ok the PREMISE of this game alone got me.
Defend My Room — free browser game, no install, no account. a little brother invades your room and you click/tap him as fast as possible before he wrecks your thesis, your makeup, your spicy noodles, or your idol merch. genuinely relatable if you have (or had) a sibling.
but it's not JUST a clicker — there's weapon unlocks, a combo scoring system, an actual boss fight, and star ratings. way more built out than I expected from something this silly.
little brother runs around your room, you click him before he reaches your treasure zones (thesis/makeup/spicy noodles/idol merch). zone HP drops if he gets there. lose all HP or max your blood pressure meter = game over. 5 stages, gets faster and more chaotic each one.
stage 1 — slow, tutorial, bare hands only
stage 2 — faster, unlocks the Mallet
stage 3 — rush mode, unlocks the water sprayer
stage 4 — boss shows up, unlocks the bait
stage 5 — everything at once
HP carries over between stages with a 20% bonus, so defending all 4 zones evenly beats tunnel-visioning one.
👊 backhand smack — default, rapid taps build combo
🔨 justice mallet (stage 2) — 2x damage, charges Mom's gauge 2x faster, best vs boss
💦 water sprayer (stage 3) — slows brothers 50%, use preemptively on fast ones
💵 king sejong bait (stage 4) — throw it, nearby brothers get distracted 6 seconds, throw it far from your zones for max effect
there's a rage gauge at the top that fills as you smack brothers. hit 100% and you can summon Mom, who wipes the whole room and restores 20% HP everywhere. Mallet charges it 2x faster, so Mallet + Mom combo is the strongest play when things go sideways. save it for when 2-3 brothers swarm at once.
the boss fight (yes, really)
stage 3 onward, a boss brother shows up with way more HP (5 bars) and goes straight for the cosmetics zone. Mallet is your best bet here — sprayer and bait are a waste of time against her.
chain kills within 3.5 seconds of each other to keep your combo alive. higher combo = bigger score multiplier. this is where the actual score comes from, not just raw kill count.

clear all 5 stages and you get a shareable ending card with your final rating.

play with sound on, the hit sfx genuinely add to it
