What's wrong this guy bothering your. *Beams a lifetime of their own memories at them with a change of them being bullied their whole life cause they have a cleft lip*. *Shows them their own face in handheld mirror where they don't have a cleft lip and explain how I've altered their self worth*
this isn't rly affecting me specifically because I got surgery for my cleft lip when I was a baby and no one even notices it. but I don't think I've ever seen a character with a left lip in media??? it's fairly easy for even those with no experience portraying facial differences to draw/write (at least in my opinion). it would be nice to see representation from something more widespread then the occasional niche artist
(I do very much appreciate small artists creating characters with cleft lips tho, I do that myself. it just hits different from something that'll have more reach)
