I’ve used cleansing oils before but not like the Thank You Farmer Pollu Free pore deep cleansing oil. It contains Perilla herb which is nutritious as it has fat, protein, vitamins and minerals which are similar to spinach but is richer in carotenoids. It also has Rosmarinic Acid for antimicrobial & anti-inflammatory, Linoleic Acid for skin purifying, Beta-Carotene, Anthocyanin, Luteolin for minimizing the impact of city living on sensitive and irritated skin. As like any other cleansing oil is great for removing makeup and impurities, excessive sebum and blackheads since it provides a deep clean. Of all the cleansing oils I’ve used, this is by far my favorite. It smells great since the perilla leaf is in the same family as mint, it has a light mint scent. The texture is almost like you are using a facial oil to finish your routine. It mixes very easily and fast, after a few minutes I add water to my hands so I can emulsify it, it turns milky rapidly, I cleanse again. I have noticed i don’t always have to double cleanse to remove my makeup and that my skin feels soft and hydrated with each use. I decided to test it with different types of makeup as you can see in my hand top to bottom: Foundation, Clio Waterproof Brush eyeLiner, Peripera Ink lip stain, Urban decay lipstick, Colourpop satin lipstick, Colour pop Mar eyeshadow palette in Detour and Gridlock. As you can see in the video after only 1 wash every single thing was gone except for the Peripera Ink and Clio Waterproof eyeliner, which are usually the toughest one to get rid of. Okay, so I know I attempted this back in 2012/2013, or maaaybe it was 2014🤔 Then I lost interest and never followed through😣, which is why the photo I originally posted of that little green bottle of product💚 - along with a caption stating I was going to share the end result of my skin after use with a selfie (I REALLY didn't like taking selfies back then, so there was no 'before' photo with it to compare any progress, I was just gonna post a picture of my *hopefully* flawless skin after a few weeks of use without showing what my skin used to look like - dumb idea, in retrospect😞) - has long since been deleted off my IG🙊 I've finally decided to try again, and completely COMMIT this time😆 For the past year or maybe even well before that, my face has been getting increasingly, and noticeably more scarred, because I can't control my urge to pick, poke & prod at the breakouts that form on my skin😔 That urge almost feels addictive, and I'm definitely not doing my skin any favours because of it🙁 Last night, I decided to remove my FULL face of makeup, (mascara & lipstick too!) solely with the product you see pictured: Shu Uemura Anti-Oxi Cleansing Oil💚 For the next 4 weeks, I'll be using ONLY this Cleansing Oil, twice a day, and as instructed on their website shuuemura.ca, EVERYDAY to really gage how well, (or not,) the product works with my combination skin😊 I'm optimistically looking forward to seeing improvements after my first use went so well last night😁, (although I did 'double-cleanse' with the oil because I felt like I should, and then I realized I should've stuck to the instructions😜) #NoFilter #TLDR #ShuUemura #AntiOxi #CleansingOil #Product #Testing #Asian #Japanese #SkinCare #CombinationSkin #Toronto
