An fantastic artist on twitter by the name @/All_Lee24 (All-Lee24 on tumblr) has been doing these twitter polls about various Elden Ring spirit ashes for a hereto undisclosed purpose. The Claymen ashes popped up a couple of times, but were never able to win a poll. While I’ve never really used their spirit ashes, I really love this enemies and their designs, so I needed these silly little* guys to win. So I scribbled two of Claymen holding up a banner asking for votes. Before replying with my propaganda, the Claymen were behind, but they ended up winning the poll, so maybe I influenced the results? If I did, it was only thanks to Ms. Lee retweeting it, because I’m pretty sure twitter hides my tweets because I’m using a fairly new account for this. So uh, thanks to Ms. lee for helping me rig her own poll.

So it´s like this: Klogg stole Hoborg´s crown and Klogg turned into the Klogg we all know. But in this version there was no Lifeseed in Hoborg´s hand since he first wanted to see how his first clay-crature would turn out.

Klogg played king for some time until he found it boring; he was kind of getting over that phase.

And thus placed his creator´s crown back on it´s righteous owner´s head. Hoborg was disappointed but not mad at Klogg and decided to give him a second chance.

Time passed and Hoborg finally found a “friend” (rather son) to enjoy the Neverhood with. A sometimes grouchy one but Hoborg was pleased nonetheless.
