the sky and the gleaming, shining sun it held, was Icarus' Eurydice. he knew he wasn't to go higher (wasn't to turn back). he knew it would spell death (it would lead to once again feeling the greatest loss of his life). but he craved freedom with a lustful passion and the sun invited him higher and higher.
