Mice: Lab Rats + Jermary totally had an underground practice in Boston and I wouldn’t be surprised if he got attached to the mice their, made the base feel like home by taking them

Fig as a barbarian is not a difficult argument to make anger is (if not the main) a part of her feelings and arc, now there is argument to be made in that some of the role of anger in her arc is taking step away from it and angling it at people trying to hurt her and her friends while letting the flames cool so that she can still accept love (this is in regards to her mom for the vast majority of it) though the idea of having magically enhanced rage could add to said arc. Within the Spyre universe being a barbarian is something that can be taught so that is no worries (though Fig may not attend those classes)

Chance of being a barbarian: potentially to happen with minimal changes at beginning of series.

Interesting change that could be present: Fig not going down immediately during the 1st battle potentially.

Potential options purposed: There are several Fig Barbarian subclasses ideas, on a quick rundown we have both PawPunk and Remidyal who have fics preposing a Wild magic/soul subclass (PawPunks 'Class Swap AU' series and 'Dreams' by Remidyal) and there is also Alistair_Seacaster who gave 'Different Bad Kids (But Somehow The Same)' and @bacchuschucklefuck with some rad artwork, though the specific subclass is something I am not certain about.

Idea of a story: potentially there are avenues with either beast or wild magic to connect with Fig's feelings of being bad for her magic translated to barbarian form I think I am going to lean more to wild magic for both providing the more burst of magics while keeping in the barbarian station (the part of junior year with the bardics being dangerous because of how wholly Fig they were) and for bolstering magic which actually work similar to bardics though with more wild magic edge and allows for a sense of belief in self and a careening towards her junior year arc of only feeling worthy when helping others.

Got re-obsessed with this old role swap AU amongst my scrapbook prep so of course I had to redraw with more appropriate design elements.

It's a hold over from a time before Amoré's multiclass, where I was constantly bitching about her not being able to wear all these cool armor pieces I found, & it birthed a whole ass AU that's...hilariously similar to Sam's current project. But as always, I am the yin to her yang, while she brings the fluff, I bring the angst.

Since it's boring to just do a one-to-one swap, I raise you Draconic Bloodline sorceress Diana, inheritor of a rare form of magic originating from a source the rest of the world views hostile. Since she was young, there have been multiple attempts on her life, desperate attempts from multiple groups to keep her from fully connecting with her magic and growing into a fully realized sorceress. Those who don't die in the line of duty are dismissed for letting the threat get too close, and she has become resigned to what she sees as her inevitable fate.

Amoré is a young Inquisitor, daughter of a rather infamous pair of Protector Aasimar who up and vanished in the middle of a long term contract for an extremely affluent client, never to be heard from again. Her name is ruined, and she does not care what she has to risk to bring respect back to it. She will regain her Protector status, even if it means burning everyone around her, and herself in the process.

Anyways I'm obsessed. I had so much material set aside for this AU and I lost all the dialogue plans so ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ from scratch we go!
