Ingredients: - 1 pound butternut squash peeled and cubed - 2 tablespoons avocado oil - 2 tablespoons honey - 1/3 cup cranberries halved, fresh or frozen - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon salt - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 425F. 2. If not already prepped, cube the butternut squash into 1-2" pieces. 3. Arrange the squash on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
