Ingredients: 4 cups pear juice. 1 cup water. 1 cup sugar. 1 packet champagne yeast.
Instructions: Put pear juice, water, and sugar in a saucepan and mix them together. Add the sugar and stir until it melts. Take it off the heat and let it cool to room temperature. Place the mixture in a clean fermentation vessel and sprinkle champagne yeast on top of it. Use an airlock or a clean towel with a rubber band to cover the vessel. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for one to two weeks, or until it reaches the level of sweetness you want. After the fermentation is done, put the perry in bottles and put them in the fridge for at least 24 hours before serving.
