My fav Easter egg in Hades II is that Chronos just straight up unpauses your game on higher difficulties
It was genuinely scary the first time I got to his boss (again, on higher difficulties), paused to regain my composure, and then he just said “No.” and unpaused my game.
Then it became funny, because it goes from “HA! You thought you could control time?” To “Just fight me.”
And THERES AN INCANTATION TO LET YOU PAUSE.
It’s so funny.
One of his lines once you get the ability to pause is that he just goes “Fine. I’ll abide by what is, undoubtably, a necessary bathroom break.”
