Monday Morning
I wake up at about 7:30 am to my roommates alarm. I donāt have class till 1 pm which is absolutely magical and leaves me a ton of time to get things done.

So, Iām sitting in a cafĆ© right now, itās 3:29, and my nurse practitioner appointment was 2:00
She said itās okay for me to go up to 50mg of Seroquel from 25mg and she asked a couple times if I have enough pills to last me until at least my psychiatrist appointment, which is a week from now, just to make sure I wouldnāt run out within the next seven days, and I said Iām absolutely certain of it
(Iām running low on Ritalin but I didnāt bring that up because NPs canāt prescribe stimulants and I know I have enough of that one to last until I see the psych anyway)
We agreed that since my only side effects are drowsiness, twitching, and thirst, then it makes sense to increase the dose of a med Iām already on and know that I can handle the effects of that, instead of trying me on a new med altogether and not knowing at all what will happen when Iām about to go see a specialist anyway
She said sheās glad that I came in today because she could put it in my chart that my Seroquel dose has gone up
I also had her put it in the computer that Iād like my prescriptions to get faxed to the Shopperās near my apartment again instead of the Shopperās near Momās house, and I asked if she wanted to get the report from my audiologist appointment tomorrow, which she said yes to
