While in Chicago in 2016 for a pop-up show at @Grassroots_Chi, @ChicagoTruborn hooked Chris Dyer up with this wall on Chicago Ave at Lessing St. Dyer grew up in Lima, Peru where he was active in skateboarding, surfing, and street gangs. Moving to Canada to study art he stayed on in Montreal but says he spends half of his time on the road. Now having visited more than 30 countries and learning from each of the cultures Dyer’s multi-faceted practice preaches a message of spiritual oneness and unity within diversity. Working out of a home studio he calls “The Positive Portal” Dyer manages his “Positive Creations” brand, but he says his biggest joy is meeting up with happy fans as he paints at live events—he says to “make sure to catch him somewhere and give him a nice hug.”  @chris_dyer/

Something I didn’t get around to announcing is that I’ve recently been invited to be part of @unlimitedsciences ‘s “The Circle”! This is a psychedelic research nonprofit that combines the power of data and lived experiences to serve the community, educate the public, and inform common-sense practices and policies. The goal is to connect like-minded individuals to manifest new and creative ways to push us all forward in this current Psychedelic Renaissance. I support this group because I believe that the time has come for these Medicines of nature to be Liberated! Humanity has struggled for too long and we deserve to be shown how Devine we are and start living from a place of Love! Today is the Full Moon in Pisces, which is my sign. I believe this jumpstarts this September month on a good foot and will give me some momentum in the right direction. I’ve been having a pretty rough time lately, mostly with things I can’t control. Then there are things I try to control, like my mind and temper, but still seem to fail half the time. I am getting better though, and feel the wind will be on my side these days, effortlessly aiding my process of growth. In the end the best timeline will win, but it’s all about patience, cause you can’t make the grass grow by pulling it.
