I keep seeing an influx with people in alterhuman community using the word narcissist as something that's bad. This isn't targeted, I've just seen it a few times and I wanted to get this out here.
The word narcissist refers to NPD (Narcissist Personality Disorder). It's a disorder, not something you can use to say someone is a bad person. Because having NPD doesn't make someone a bad person.

thinking of making a giant alterhuman slideshow because too many sources either don’t have enough definitions or information, or are just straight up spreading misinformation (most often about choicekins, physical alterhumans, pshifters, factkins, aka the most “controversial” identities)
so if anyone wants me to add anything specifically, feel free to leave it in the comments or reblogs!
