Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups vegan chocolate chips. 1/2 cup coconut cream. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. Pinch of salt. Fresh berries for garnish optional.
Instructions: In a saucepan, melt the vegan chocolate chips over low heat. Once melted, stir in the coconut cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined. Remove from heat and let it cool. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and a pinch of salt. Mix until it forms a dough. Press the dough into the bottom of a cake pan to form the crust. Pour the chocolate mousse mixture over the crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or until set. Once set, remove from the pan, garnish with fresh berries if desired, and serve.

Savor this Chocolate Mousse Cake's rich, creamy goodness. It's a dessert lover's dream come true with a chocolate cookie crust, creamy mousse filling, and glossy ganache topping!
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups of chocolate cookie crumbs. 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted. 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup of heavy cream. 3 8 oz packages of cream cheese, softened. 1 cup of granulated sugar. 1 tsp of vanilla extract. 4 large eggs. 1 cup of sour cream. 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup of cocoa powder. 1/4 tsp of salt. 1 cup of heavy cream. 1/4 cup of powdered sugar. 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 325F 160C. Melted butter and chocolate cookie crumbs should be combined in a mixing bowl. To make the crust, press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch 23 cm springform pan. Melt the semisweet chocolate chips with 1/2 cup heavy cream in 30-second increments in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth. Put aside to cool. Beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth in a sizable mixing bowl. One egg at a time, adding and thoroughly mixing after each addition. Once the batter is thoroughly mixed, stir in the sour cream, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Incorporate the melted chocolate mixture lastly. Over the prepared crust in the springform pan, pour the batter. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the center is still slightly jiggly but the edges are set. Take it out of the oven and allow it to cool in the pan to room temperature. After the cake has cooled, chill it for four hours or overnight to solidify it. Before serving, heat one cup heavy cream to the verge of boiling, then prepare the chocolate ganache. Over the two cups of semisweet chocolate chips, pour it in. After a minute, give it a quick stir to make it smooth. Add one tsp of vanilla extract and 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and stir. Drizzle the mousse cake with the chocolate ganache, letting it run down the sides. To set the ganache, refrigerate for an additional thirty minutes. Cut your rich Chocolate Mousse Cake into slices and serve!
