Ingredients: 1 can coconut cream chilled. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of salt. Fresh berries, for garnish optional.
Instructions: Chill the can of coconut cream in the refrigerator overnight. Scoop out the solid coconut cream from the chilled can, leaving behind the liquid. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut cream, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and creamy. Divide the mousse into serving cups. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set. Garnish with fresh berries before serving, if desired.
