Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 2 tbsp sugar. 1 tbsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped. 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips. Vegan chocolate sauce for topping. Fresh strawberries for garnish.
Instructions: All-purpose flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt should all be mixed together in a large bowl. Mix the dry ingredients together with the almond milk and vanilla extract. Mix the batter well so that there are no more lumps and it is smooth. Cut up the strawberries and add the vegan chocolate chips slowly to the pancake batter. Set a nonstick griddle or skillet over medium-high heat to warm up. Use a little cooking spray or oil to grease it. For every pancake, pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan. Once the top starts to bubble, flip it over and cook the other side until it's golden brown. Do it again with the rest of the batter.
