You know how the car scene in Deadpool v. Wolverine is a sex scene?
That’s what the alley scene, the crypt scene, and the mark of cain scene feel like to me.
In DVW, Deadpool and Wolverine are emotionally exhausted with each other and they release that frustration the best way they know how. And it’s all shot like sex scene: the framing, choreography, etc.
But in spn the fight scene as a sex scene metaphor is that for a different reason. Like the choreography and framing is still pretty erotic but mostly the vulnerability of the characters in these scenes feels so tender. They open themselves in a way you would mostly see in the bedroom and it comes off as so intimate.
