~Buffalo Chicken Dip~

BBQ Chicken Dip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

What you’ll need:

-1 rotisserie chicken cooked (shredded in a big bowl)

-1/4 cup mayo

-16 oz softened cream cheese

-3/4 cup of BBQ sauce

-1 or 2 teaspoons of garlic salt (what you prefer)

-Chopped Red onion (any amount)

-Chopped green onion (optional)

-Cilantro (optional)

-Sour cream for topping (optional)

-1 cup shredded cheese (any kind you prefer) (Colby Jack or Mild Cheddar is good)

-Sauté the cut red onions in a pan with olive oil over medium heat until your liking

Mix everything together until blended evenly. Put it into a glass baking dish. Size 9x9

Sprinkle cheese over top after the dip is evenly layered.

Bake for 20-25 minutes

Garnish and add toppings to your liking. ❤️

Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

2-3 cups shredded chicken, fully cooked

1 8oz pachage or cream cheese

1/2 cup of shredded cheese of choice (I used a mix of colby jack, sharp cheddar, and mexican)

1/2 cup hot sauce of choice (Frank's Red Hot is a popular choice; I used Crystal)

2/3 cup of blue cheese (ranch dressing can be substituted)

Salt and pepper to taste

Onion powder or flakes to taste

Mix together in an ungreased quart sized baking dish sized 9x9 to 10x10 or equivalent. Ceramic works best.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
