For my visit we mostly went from the bbq menu. Certain tables are fitted with small grills in the middle of the table, and you can have a go at cooking it yourself, but they are much more inclined to help you with it. We went for the beef platter, which includes beef tongue, sliced short rib, Australian Wagyu, Japanese Wagyu, and more. For ยฃ55 I think itโs quite good value for the portion. We also chucked a pork steak in there too. We also started with some lamb skewers, and their chicken hearts which are SO GOOD. Ingredients: 2 lbs pork ribs. 1 cup hoisin sauce. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon ginger, grated. 1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder. 1/2 cup water. 2 green onions, sliced for garnish.
Instructions: Place pork ribs in the pressure cooker. In a bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and Chinese five-spice powder. Pour the sauce mixture over the ribs and add water. Close the pressure cooker lid and set it to high pressure for 25 minutes. Once done, release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure. Preheat the oven broiler. Transfer the ribs to a baking sheet and brush with the cooking liquid. Broil for 5-7 minutes, turning once and basting with more sauce until caramelized. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Ingredients: 3 lbs pork shoulder, boneless. 1/4 cup hoisin sauce. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 tablespoons Chinese rice wine or dry sherry. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 tablespoon five-spice powder. 1 tablespoon brown sugar. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, Chinese rice wine, sesame oil, five-spice powder, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade. Place the pork shoulder in a large zip-top bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Ensure the pork is well-coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for optimal flavor. Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. Remove the pork from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Place the marinated pork on a roasting pan or baking sheet, reserving the marinade for basting. Roast in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C, basting with the reserved marinade every 15 minutes. Once cooked, let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve the Chinese BBQ pork slices with steamed rice or in bao buns for a delicious meal.
