Takato, a kid who played the Digimon card game, ends up with a digivice and tries to scan his drawings through the device's card reader, but the note pages jam in the slot. After he goes to bed, the digivice activates and begins scanning the pages one by one, and the data from those scans leads to the creation of Guilmon's egg.

Guilmon is best boy who loves bread and digging holes. He's like a dinosaur running dog software.

Eosmon: Menoa Bellucci spent years looking for the data of her Digimon partner, who disappeared when she was a child. Menoa found that data, and unable to restore it, reconfigured it into Esomon. Esomon acts according to Menoa's will, lacking the emotions and liveliness of the original partner.
