Listening to music while driving is one of the purest pleasures in life. That said, I can’t wait to throw on this new OTR whilst cruising the streets tonight. Drive, which features yet another welcome guest appearance by Australian act Panama, flawlessly rides the line between chill electronica and synthpop with its smooth velvety vocals, its satiny varnish, and its widescreen surges. It’s a pristine anthem from the Atlanta aerospace engineer-turned-producer, who states: "The instrumental for “Drive” was the start of me experimenting with my new sound and Panama set the tempo for the project. When writing 'Drive' I knew I wanted to build a world around movement and conflict created by this sort of momentum of sound. Panama adding his flair of vulnerability was exactly what the track needed to make it one of those late night drive songs." Drive is OTR’s third original release of the year, following in the footsteps of standouts like Stay with WYNNE, and hit single Heart, featuring shallou. You can also stream or download Drive, here.
