A delicious and hearty chili dog sauce made effortlessly in the Instant Pot. Perfect for topping hot dogs at your next barbecue or game night.

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup diced onion. 1/4 cup diced bell pepper. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce. 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup tomato paste. 1/4 cup water. 2 tbsp chili powder. 1 tbsp cumin. 1 tsp paprika. 1 tsp oregano. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional.

Instructions: Set Instant Pot to saut mode. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Add diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Saut until vegetables are softened. Pour in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and water. Stir well. Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if using. Mix thoroughly. Close the Instant Pot lid and set to manual high pressure for 10 minutes. Once cooking is complete, allow natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure. Open the lid carefully and stir the chili dog sauce. Serve hot over your favorite hot dogs and enjoy!
