Instructions: Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the hot dogs until they are heated through and have grill marks, about 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile, warm the chili in a small saucepan over medium heat. Place a hot dog into each bun. Top each hot dog with a generous spoonful of chili. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chili. Add a handful of Fritos corn chips on top of the cheese. If desired, add diced onions, diced tomatoes, and sliced jalapenos as toppings. Serve immediately and enjoy!
