The teachings of CopseClan tell that a cat is never to share a name with another, for, if Death comes to claim the elder, it may mistakenly reap the younger instead. To this superstitious CopseClanner, who was accidentally assigned the same prefix as a GladeClan warrior scant moons older than them– Chicorythorn– their potential death sentence had always been a terrible fright. 

Often, Chicorystep worried about whether or not harm had befallen adventurous Chicorythorn, and at every Gathering, the scout would spend the night urging the reckless warrior to please be more careful. One fateful night, Chicorystep attended a Gathering and found no trace of Chicorythorn; later, Hollystar announced that her Clanmate had gone missing, propelling Chicorystep's panic to new heights. 

As a scout, charting faraway places was Chicorystep’s duty... however, since Chicorythorn’s disappearance, they’ve spent a lot more of their travels searching for signs of the GladeClan warrior’s whereabouts than scouting, desperate to find the other cat and make sure that they are safe and stay safe— if only because their own safety hangs in the balance, if they do not.

Blight’s Ending mods will gradually post adopts that will open for applications once Blight’s Ending is open! All adopts’ applications will open soon so be sure to watch out for our posts, because we will announce when to expect being able to apply for these characters soon!
