Chicken Taco Stacks are a fun and flavorful twist on traditional tacos. These stacked tacos are filled with seasoned chicken, cheese, and a variety of toppings, making them perfect for a tasty and satisfying meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced. 1 packet taco seasoning. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 8 small flour tortillas. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1 cup diced onions. 1 cup sour cream. 1 cup guacamole. 1 cup salsa. 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/2 cup sliced black olives. 1/2 cup pickled jalapeos. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 cup shredded lettuce. Cooking oil for frying.
Instructions: Add taco seasoning to the chicken breasts that have been thinly sliced. Warm up the cooking oil in a big pan over medium-high heat. Before adding the chicken slices, season them. Cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until they are browned and fully cooked. Take the chicken out of the pan and set it aside. Heat each tortilla for about 15 seconds on each side in the same pan to make them soft. Put the taco stacks together by putting down a tortilla, then cooked chicken, then cheddar cheese, then diced tomatoes and onions, and finally another tortilla. Do it again to make a stack of two tortillas with chicken and toppings in the middle. Do this again and again to make four taco stacks. Add sour cream, guacamole, salsa, fresh cilantro, sliced black olives, pickled jalapeos, shredded lettuce, and chopped green onions to each taco stack before serving. Have fun with your tasty Chicken Taco Stacks!
